Sponsored guide · Trimi weight-care membership

Trimi is a membership, not a shopping cart.

Trimi is an online weight-care service: you complete an intake, a licensed clinician decides whether to prescribe, and if they do, medication is prepared by a compounding pharmacy and shipped. This page covers the listed plan prices, what the flat fee is said to include, and the terms worth reading twice before you enrol.

01 · $99/MO LISTED

The $99 plan

The lower-priced of the two plans on the annual term. Once-weekly dosing, and the listed price does not change as the dose is adjusted.

02 · $125/MO LISTED

The $125 plan

The higher-priced plan, also on the annual term and also flat across doses. Same intake and same review process.

03 · WHAT THE FEE COVERS

One membership

Trimi says the flat fee covers medication, clinician visits, ongoing check-ins and shipping, with no separate charges per dose change.

Before you enrol

Four things to settle before the intake form.

Approval is a decision, not a formality

A clinician reviews your intake and can decline. Trimi states that if its medical team does not approve you, the charge is refunded automatically. Confirm that on the live terms.

The headline price is the annual term

Both advertised prices are quoted "on the annual plan". Check what a month-to-month term costs, and what happens if you stop partway through a year.

Compounded is not the same as FDA-approved

Trimi's own disclosure says compounded medications are prepared per prescription by state-licensed 503A pharmacies and are not themselves FDA-approved drug products.

The refund promise has conditions

The six-month money-back promise is tied to following the plan for six months, and the site notes that terms apply. Read those terms before treating it as a simple guarantee.

Who is involved

Two named parties: a clinical network and a pharmacy.

Prescribing

Trimi says prescriptions are reviewed by licensed U.S. providers through Arora Health, a 50-state clinical network, with Dr. Sean Arora, MD as medical director.

Dispensing

The site names state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies including VialsRx (Texas Board of Pharmacy #35264) and GreenwichRx, and says a certificate of analysis is available on request.

Delivery

Free overnight shipping is advertised, with most orders said to arrive in two to four days in discreet packaging.

Support

A patient portal is used for refills, dose-change requests and messaging the care team, with 24/7 support advertised.

The full review compares the two listed plans side by side, explains what "compounded" changes about the purchase, and lists the questions worth asking before you hand over a card.
